We participated to the mock international arbitration on June 29 in Tokyo, held at the university of Tokyo.
Former Chief Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Randall R. Rader, as well as other leading experts in intellectual property dispute resolution from around the world, were invited as arbitrators to this mock international arbitration to demonstrate international arbitrations under the assumption that we have entered the Fifth-Generation Mobile Communications System (5G) era. The focus was to show in detail how disputes over SEPs can be resolved through international arbitration.
